If your pet is taking medication or supplements regularly make sure to have an extra month’s supply on hand.

Thunder Vests

Shot Records

List of Pet-friendly Hotels

When storms come the power is likely to go out without having the internet it will be hard to secure a hotel especially one that takes pets. Prepare ahead of time with a list of pet-friendly locations and their phone numbers.

Pet Carrier

Make sure you have enough carriers to comfortably transport all of your pets. If you have reptiles in large aquariums a small tank should work for a temporary home.

Make a Go Box

If an evacuation becomes necessary there is enough to do without having to pack for your pets. Keep a bin with extra food, medication, treats, brush, bowls, shot records, and toys. It will save you precious time and energy in the event of an emergency. Plus a couple of new toys will help keep your pets entertained.
