- What if my dog has special needs or medical conditions?
- We strive to accommodate special needs & medical conditions including anxiety & itchy skin. Please inform us when booking the appointment so we can discuss your dog’s requirements and ensure their comfort during grooming.
- Is there a cancellation policy?
- We kindly ask for a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee.
- Can I stay with my dog during the grooming session?
- For the comfort of both your dog & our groomers, we prefer if owners do not stay during the grooming process. However, rest assured that your pet is in capable caring hands. We’ll notify you promptly once the grooming is complete.
- Do you require vaccinations for grooming appointments?
- Yes, we require up-to-date vaccinations for the safety of all pets in our salon. Please bring your dog’s vaccination records with you for your appointment.
- How long does a grooming session take?
- The grooming duration varies depending on the size & condition of your dog, the services requested, and their temperament. Typically, grooming sessions last between 1 to 3 hours
